In Phase Two, you will gain clarity about the business model you will use to fulfill your Purpose and the competencies you will need to powerfully execute that business model.

At the completion of Phase Two, you will have:

  • A complete understanding of how your business will fulfill your Purpose in terms of:
    • Accountabilities
    • Core and Goal Values
    • Business Model design
    • Key Competencies
  • All of which will be captured in your Playbook ready to put into action  

During Phase Two, you will view two webinars and receive three 55-minute coaching sessions from your PL Consultant.
