Phase One introduces you  to Purposeful Leadership, what it is and how it works.  You will then go through a number of exercises to discover your organization’s Purpose, learn how to express it, envision how it will make a difference, and measure its fulfillment.

In Phase One you will be introduced to Purposeful Leadership, what it is and how it works.  You will then go through a number of exercises to:

  • Discover your organization’s Purpose 
  • Understand your Purpose Origin
  • Write a Purpose declaration
  • Craft a Purpose tag line
  • Determine ways to measure Purpose fulfillment and
  • Envision what your world would be like when your Purpose is fulfilled

All of this information will be documented in your Playbook, which will become the planning tool you will use throughout the Introductory Program and for as long as you are an FFPO member.  To complete this Phase requires viewing two webinars and two 55-minute coaching sessions with your PL Consultant.

During this phase you will go through a directed SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) exercise, establish the long-term goals you will need to achieve your Purpose, and the initiatives you will take on during the next twelve months in support of those goals.
