In Phase Three you will identify those key stakeholders (your stakeholder community) who will be critical for your success and learn how to communicate and work with them so they are highly engaged in fulfilling your Purpose.

Upon completion, you will have: 

  • Identified your Stakeholder Community and completed your Playbook
  • Learned how to effectively communicate with that community so they are inspired by your Purpose
  • Completed engagement strategy worksheets for each of your key stakeholders. 

To complete Phase Three requires viewing two webinars and Two 55-minute coaching sessions with your PL Consultant.
