Paul Ratoff, CMC, is a Certified Management Consultant, with a Strategic Management Professional focus. Paul serves as president with the Strategy Development Group, Inc. Paul has been a business consultant around Southern California for the past thirty-five years assisting a wide range of middle-market companies plan and manage their growth and success. Paul has published numerous articles on a variety of topics concerning middle-market business owners in the areas of strategic and financial management and is the author of “Thriving in a New Stakeholder World, Purpose as the New Competitive Advantage”.
Carolina Reyes

Carolina Marie has spent over 15 years in Marketing and Technology and leveraging her expertise and experiences to make a difference as a coach, writer, and speaker with a vision for all women to rise in their true identity, and fulfill on owning their power and gifts to serve this world. She is the host of the television and digital talk show, Free and On Fire. The show’s intention is to draw women nearer to Christ, be freed from shame, and on fire for God. The show offers female Christians authentic views and discussion around uncommon faith-based topics. She’s also the author of “Rise in Love, A 40-day Devotional and Contemplative Prayer Journal.”
