In Performance Management, the focus is on supporting the organization in implementing the initiatives selected in the Introductory Program and in managing performance of the organization’s Dashboard measures.
Member will be coached to:
Member will complete one webinar and related study guide, complete an initiative action plan worksheet for each initiative, and update dashboard based on initiative objectives. The number of coaching sessions will depend upon level of involvement in the process.
Purposeful Leadership Mastery focuses on continuous improvement in the organization’s mastery of Purposeful Leadership in order to gain access to the Superpowers of inspiration, clarity and focus, and engagement.
Member will be coached in:
Member will view webinars and read practices from our library based upon assessment scores and learning path recommendations. Coach will meet with client each month to review progress and suggest other approaches. The number of coaching sessions will depend upon level of involvement in the process. Member will experience continued mastery in the four areas as demonstrated by their improved assessment scores.
Yearend Planning focuses on planning for the new year, which should begin 60-90 days prior to the year end.
Member will be coached in:
Member will (1) view two webinar and complete related study guides, (2) update their Playbook, Engagement Strategy Worksheets, and Dashboard, and (3) complete the Initiative Contribution Matrix. The number of coaching sessions will depend upon level of involvement in the process.
